Thank You pages are a special kind of form. You can add Thank You pages to any form you design. Once you've create a Thank You page, you can use the Redirect settings of the form to specify cases in which the users are redirected to this page upon submitting the form. For example, it can be a page that is shown when a user submits a new request. The page will explain what happens next with the request. It might also contains some of the information found in the request.

Thank You pages are designed in very much the same way as regular forms. The are read-only in all cases. Most columns and controls are available to you. Control that you cannot use on the Thank You page will be hidden in the gallery.

You switch to the Thank You page edit mode and back using control buttons located within the breadcrumb control at the bottom of the Form Designer. Publishing the form publishes its Thank You page as well. Do not forget to specify in Redirect settings when to use your Thank You page. Without that configuration the Thank You page will never be displayed.

Thank You pages are optional. You can choose to create them in cases your form requires it.
