Using this connection type, you can establish connections with various SharePoint lists and document libraries, given site URL and list name. Although not needed when working within the same site, you might want to use it to establish cross-site and even cross-tenant connections.
When working with a different tenant or a site you are not allowed to access, you will be requested to grant access to Ultimate Forms to your tenant. You must be an Global Administrator of the target tenant to grant this permission.
Once you enter the site URL, press the Connect button. If applicable, it will show a pop-up asking for access permissions. Once granted, it will load a list of available lists and document libraries.
This connection type offers the complete range of operations on SharePoint data, including viewing, adding, updating and deleting.
