Send Email

This actions sends an email through SharePoints outgoing email service.

1. To - specify user or column as recipient. Column must be of Person type or contain an email address.
2. Cc - specify user or column as CC recipient.
3. Bcc - specify user or column as CC recipient. 
4. From - email sender. When not specified, will send from the action creator's mailbox.
5. Subject - use value picker to create a subject.
6. Body - use a rich text editor to create an email body. The body rich text editor supports inclusion of list columns.

All recipient types support both user picker and column picker. When the recipient is found in a column, it will try to convert any column value to a valid email address. Text, choice, lookup and user columns are supported.
